WM9715 touchscreen driver (Linux)

I have downloaded the latest WM9715 touchscreen driver and am able to
build it OK. I am now wondering if there is any sample code I can use as
a template to access the driver?

If not, can anyone tell me the Major and Minor device numbers so I can
do a 'mknod' and access it via /dev/touchscreen?
